What We’re Looking For: A motivated, skilled attorney with 2+ years of California civil litigation experience who is passionate about tackling complex cases and achieving client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients on case strategy.
- Manage a caseload from start to finish, including trial preparation and representation in state and federal courts.
- Track case status and ensure timelines and deadlines are met.
- Work with local counsel across various jurisdictions to facilitate litigation.
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel with professionalism and integrity.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in California civil litigation (state and federal).
- Strong knowledge of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP).
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with professionalism and integrity across all levels of the firm.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
